Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our program, we do not offer cancellations before membership plans are completed. A Ministry Pass membership is not a month-to-month subscription, but a yearly plan paid in twelve installments (monthly plans) or paid in full (annual plans). This policy exists because we give you instant access to all of the resources associated with your subscription level. After your 12-month subscription concludes, you may cancel your account at any time.

Upon signing up, all users are required to initial the following agreement:

Just to be clear, if you don’t cancel your free trial within 14 days, you’re signing up for an annual membership, but we allow you to pay it in 12 monthly payments. By completing this order you have read and understand the terms of this agreement.

For information on when your subscription began, please refer to the Account Details section under the My Account tab found in the upper right-hand corner of the site.

If you need to close your account before your subscription concludes, you may contact our support team at [email protected] to pay off the remaining balance on your subscription.

Free Trial Cancellations

If you are on a free trial with Ministry Pass, you may cancel your account before the trial ends by clicking the button in your account settings or by emailing [email protected].

If you have fulfilled your 12-month commitment, you are free to cancel anytime after that.
