Justin Trapp is a ministry-minded entrepreneur who founded Ministry Pass and Sermonary. Justin’s goal is to help pastors create their sermons easily and lead their church well. After working in ministry and as an entrepreneur, feeling stretched thin and unable to lead his church well, he created a library of resources for ministry leaders to help them lead with more ease and simplicity. Wade Bearden

Wade Bearden is an author, entrepreneur, and minister. As a contributor to publications like Christ and Pop Culture, Christianity Today, Think Christian, RELEVANT, as well as the weekly podcast HelloChurch!, Wade shares his experience, guidance, and journey through both ministry and entrepreneurship, as well as daily life. David is a husband and father, a worship pastor, and founder of both Churchly & Cowntdown. He’s has degrees from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in church music and communication arts. He loves the local church, and has a heart to equip pastors with practical tools they can use to further the Kingdom of God.
Mike Hernandez
Host
Mike is a husband and father. He also serves as the lead pastor of Local Church in Tomball, Tx. He served on staff at a mega church, and in other various ministry roles throughout the years. He offers practical advice in leading a church from a hand full of people to a thriving congregation of a couple hundred.
