From the very beginning, Ministry Pass was born out of a need—my own need as a bivocational pastor juggling multiple responsibilities without sufficient time or resources. With a little help from friends and a lot of hard work, we launched Ministry Pass in 2014, hoping to support pastors like me around the globe.

Our mission is to provide affordable tools and resources to help pastors lead healthy churches. That being said, we’re releasing the biggest improvements to Ministry Pass yet.

Today, thanks to your support, we’ve grown beyond what I initially imagined. With over 3 million downloads, our resources have reached churches worldwide.

As a valued member of our community, we want you to be the first to know about several big changes coming to Ministry Pass.

New Pricing Structure

First, we’re changing our pricing.

It’s been over three years since we last adjusted our prices, and during that time, we’ve consistently added new resources and features.

Currently, we offer over 2,000 topical and expository sermon series, covering every book of the Bible and a wide range of topics. Additionally, we’ve added thousands of church graphics and videos for your ministry needs.

We’ve also implemented seamless integrations with platforms like Sermonary and Canva, making sermon preparation and graphic editing faster and easier.

New Improvements

With our new pricing structure comes significant new features, tools, and resources. In the coming months, we will release our most significant additions to Ministry Pass ever.

Documents & Forms

Pastors often juggle multiple responsibilities, leading to potential lost time, disorganization, and a focus on administrative tasks. We’re excited to announce the addition of over 100 church document templates to help your church stay organized and efficient. These templates cover various essential categories, ensuring you can dedicate more time to your ministry.

Ministry is hard. Seminary didn’t prepare you for things like Covid, AI, or the many other challenges that come with leading a church. We’ve sought out respected leaders in their fields to provide you with practical training courses in the following areas:

Sermon Calendar Creator

Creating a sermon calendar just got a lot easier. Our new Sermon Calendar Creator lets you tailor your preaching schedule based on selected topics and books. Here’s how it works:

Select Your Dates: Choose the date range for your sermon calendar.
Choose Your Topics: Decide which topics or themes you want to preach on.
Choose Your Books: Select the books of the Bible you would like to preach through.

The tool then analyzes our entire resource library and provides you with a roadmap based on your selections. From there, you can personalize and edit it to best fit your congregational needs and vision for the upcoming year.

Social Media Calendar

Social media is an integral part of our digital society, and pastors recognize the importance of maintaining an active presence on various platforms. However, many struggle with knowing exactly what to post. Too often, church social media feeds are limited to sermon clips and announcements. While these are valuable, they shouldn’t be the only content shared.
