Prayer Postures

This four-week series highlights kneeling, dancing, and raised hands as common postures of prayer that believers should be comfortable using when communicating with or worshiping God. Youth should be able to learn and understand why physical postures during their worship experience are a vital part of the Christian life, and how to overcome the fear of engaging in these postures while in public. Prayer postures serve as a reminder that we communicate with God not only through our mouths but with the bodies he gave us as well.

This series explores individuals in the Bible who had an opportunity to follow Jesus but didn’t. Each week focuses on one person/group of people and explores the reason(s) why they chose not to offer their lives to Christ.

As followers of Jesus, we are called to seek after an eternal crown through faithfully running the race God has set before us, by fighting the good fight of faith, and by working together with other believers to advance the kingdom of God.

Social Faith

This four-week series walks through the positive and negative effects that social media has on our faith, our relationships, and our overall character and integrity. For all of us, social media can be a useful tool to spread the love of Christ and to enjoy sweet, everyday moments with family and friends. However, we must remain careful to balance the negative aspects that come with it. This series will cover common bad practices we see in online behavior, the balance of physical community and online community, the proper treatment of others online, and social media evangelism.

It It Just Me?

This four-week series for youth addresses how the Enemy uses isolation to attack and destroy us. When we confess our sins to God and other trusted Christians, as well as learn to be open and honest about our struggles and pain, we can find strength in the power of spiritual community.

This four-week series examines some unique name changes in the Bible. These name changes exemplify what it looks like when God calls people to exercise faith in him, as well as how he desires to use them to accomplish his greater purposes. We all come to Christ with baggage and sin. Jesus doesn’t just want to make our lives easier; he wants to transform us from our old self to a new creation.

Come Together: Gathering Around the Lord's Table

What does the Bible say about food and eating together? This three-week youth series examines how coming together around the table becomes a setting for joy, unity, and vulnerability. When Christians have a healthy biblical theology of food, they are able to recognize God’s provision through the table as a way to meet our need for physical and relational sustenance.
