We often hear the command “Love your neighbor as yourself,” but what does that mean exactly? It’s easy to love the people closest to us (at least most of the time), but how well do we show love to the people we come into contact with at the grocery store, on the highway, or even on social media? How do we treat those who are different from us, who deliberately wrong us, or seek to harm us? Jesus gave many examples of how to show love to others through his teachings, healings, and interactions with the men and women he met during his earthly ministry. In this four-week series, we will look at his example, as we ask the question, “Who is my neighbor?”
